LLM C/C++ Developer

A leading tech company in Califórnia is seeking experienced C/C++ Developers to build next-gen conversational agents. Main Job Responsibilities:

Review code and solutions generated by AI systems, ensuring adherence to quality standards and best practices.
Organize the development cycle, manage project priorities, and set goals and deadlines.
Utilize expertise in C/C++ programming to resolve complex coding issues that arise during AI validation.
Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages innovation, communication, and continuous improvement.
Verify the accuracy, efficiency, and reliability of AI-generated code by conducting validation checks.
Work with cross-functional teams to enhance the AI system’s capabilities and integrate it with other components.
Analyze team members’ code and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality software development.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience in backend software engineering.
2+ years of expertise in C/C++ programming and software development best practices.
Familiarity with AI systems and code-creation technologies is a plus.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and strategic skills.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Offer Details:

Full-time dedication (40 hours/week)
Required 4 hours overlap with PST timezone
Open to any country – remote job to a company based in the US
Notice period: Maximum 2 weeks
